Cancellation Policy

We understand that your pet’s condition may change and require you to cancel your scheduled appointment. Please CALL OR TEXT to notify us as soon as possible of the cancellation. You will receive a reply call or text to confirm we have received your cancellation notice. If you do not receive a confirmation, your message has not yet been received. Please contact us again to confirm.

No fee will apply if you cancel at least 6 hours prior to your appointment.

We try to help as many families as possible, but due the time required with a mobile practice, our schedule is limited. Last minute cancellations, prevent us from helping another pet and family in need who may be on our waiting list.

Cancellation fee within 6 hours of appointment $100

Cancellation fee within 2 hours of appointment $200.

If the doctor arrives at your home, a cancellation fee equal to the euthanasia fee ($350-400) will apply.

The doctor ALWAYS calls when she is on the way to your home. If you have not received a confirmation of cancellation, please be prepared to answer your phone until you do.
